Abstract sea life

Come see me paint something similar on Demo Day:

Tarpon Springs Art Association, held at The Community, 400 S. Walton, Tarpon Springs, Fl

Monday, Oct. 7 at 1:30

I’ve been experimenting with biomorphic shapes (painted,  drawn,, or scuptured free form or design suggestive in shape of a living organism). Most of these shapes come from shapes in the ocean from plants, mushroom corals, to amebas.  Another inspiration are artists Rex Ray and Yellena James.

My technique is painting wet on wet watercolor on paper, drying, then using various ink pens for the shapes.
