Montana Pick Up is a watercolor on an 8″ x 10″ multi media board.
It is definitely different from painting on watercolor paper. It does have a similar texture and still retains the vibrance of the paint, but you may need to be careful when lifting any color. The top layer will ball up slightly.
Give it a try! This may be your preference when painting in watercolor.
